Housing Associations

We partner with lots of Housing Associations across Newcastle to provide affordable homes. You can apply for a Housing Association home through Newcastle Homes and can also apply directly to the Housing Association if you wish.

Each Housing Association has their own criteria for letting their homes. More information is available on their website.

Housing Associations are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
