Measurement and Performance

To complement the existing performance measures available as outlined in the TMA Performance Indicators provided by GEO Place, the following performance indicators will assist in measuring the effectiveness of this Code:

S/A Compliant

Measure Compliant sample inspections: Target 90% compliance

Communication and Co-ordination

Submission of Quarterly Coordination schedules for meetings 10 working days in advance of co-ordination: Target 100% compliance

Attendance at quarterly co-ordination meeting: Target 100% compliance

Attendance at monthly scheme meetings: Target 100% compliance

More Effective Working to Minimise Disruption

Site Communication

Review of information and/or comments in EToN relating to; early start requests, extension requests, and/or traffic management requests provided for all major works, immediate works and traffic sensitive streets. This is to ensure accurate reporting is undertaken by both the work promoters and NCC.
