Are you an internal auditor or someone looking to move into the profession who wants to join an excellent team supporting the Council and other clients? If so, an opportunity has arisen in our Internal Audit Team.

The team provides independent and objective assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control arrangements in place within the Council and a range of external clients. A key aspect of our work is identifying opportunities to improve value for money and efficiency and helping to support the Council as it works for residents.

The successful candidate will be driven and self-motivated and play a critical role in delivering quality internal audit work including assurance audits and investigations as part of the audit team.
