This post is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and highly regarded Informatics & Insights service. We are currently working on an ambitious programme to replace the Council’s core social care case management and finance systems. The scale here is huge; the ask is often complex and the context unique. Our Agile multidisciplinary team is using the latest tech, tooling and thinking to transform our social care systems, so they're easier to access and more efficient to use.

As a Business Analyst, you'll recognise the need for skills in scoping, prioritising and gathering requirements. You'll be comfortable with agile principles, using a variety of elicitation and modelling methods to support the programme and deliver continuous service improvement. You will work collaboratively with Teams across the Council and use a variety of tools and techniques to deliver changes quickly and drive the best outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
