Newcastle City Council Revenues, Benefits & Exchequer Team has undergone major transformation and we are implementing new and leaner operating models supported by digital and online solutions and we are looking to recruit an experienced people manager to join our successful and dynamic team.

As a Council Tax Team Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing staff dealing with all aspects of council tax administration in a performance driven environment. You will also be responsible for leading your team through uncertain periods of change by promoting innovation and new solutions to ensure that efficiencies and savings are achieved whist service performance improves.

Once training has taken place there is an expectation that you will be working from home for most of the time.
