If so, we are currently recruiting a teacher to join our team at Walkergate Community School.

The Governors of Walkergate Community School wish to appoint an Early Years teacher for January 2020. The position is a fixed term contract until 31 August 2020.

Walkergate Community School is part of a well-established academy trust. We became a teaching school in July 2017 and we were recently awarded research school status. We are a split site with the early years’ classes on a separate site.

We are looking for:

• An outstanding and innovative early years practitioner with a commitment to ensuring the highest standards

• An individual that is driven and reflective on their own practice, constantly looking to make sure they're the best they can be.

• Someone that goes above and beyond for the students in their care as well as the people they work alongside
