You will work as part of a multi-disciplined team, managing projects and service level agreements contributing to the development of open space assets, whilst delivering the councils visions and values for improved and sustainable open space across the city.

Duties will include management of physical and financial resources to deliver various open space projects and the repairs and maintenance activities of existing playgrounds and other open space amenities.

You will also be responsible for managing the production of performance information, finance and project planning and co-ordination.

The role will contribute to the strategic development of the division and you will need to demonstrate previous relevant experience in order to assist in the delivery of projects as well as the ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels.
