A vacancy has arisen for a Programme Support Officer within the Economic Development Unit. You will work as part of the team that acts as a centre of excellence in providing advice, support, technical assistance and compliance to a portfolio of projects and programmes across a range of external funding programmes particularly European Structural Investment Funds and Local Growth Fund. These programmes or projects are being managed or assured by the team on behalf of internal or external partners, to achieve the programmes objectives and meet the requirements of the funding body.

You will be responsible for assisting in planning, managing and monitoring projects, programmes and external funding streams which are being delivered by the Council or external partners.
