2 no. posts have arisen within the Construction Services section of Repairs and Construction Services for the role of Repairs and Construction Manager (Construction).

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of building related services to the Council’s property stock and external clients ensuring effective operational management and delivery of defined quality standards in accordance with client requirements.

You will be expected to lead a team ensuring effective delivery of the service, whilst maximising efficiencies of resources against programmes through productivity monitoring and absence management protocols in accordance with service guidelines.
