An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Improvement Support Officer to join the Education and Skills Division within Newcastle City Council.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide support to the Lead Specialist for Partner Engagement and effectively lead on assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed timescale and budget. They will also be required to support the development of our traded services website and work with council services and schools to ensure value for money and quality of information for schools.

To apply for this role you will need to be confident, customer focussed, able to communicate with a wide and varied audience, and have a flexible approach to work, meeting challenging deadlines.

This is a hybrid role which will require you to work remotely from home and in the office. You will need access to the internet via wi-fi and will be provided with the IT equipment you’ll need to work from home.
