As an inclusive school, the Head Teacher and Governing Body at Byker Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Early Years Learning Support Assistant to work in our Reception class. We are looking for someone who will be able to support and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential, whilst maintaining the schools ethos, vision and values

Working as part of a strong collaborative team, your work will be exciting and meaningful and you will have the potential to have an effective and positive impact on an individual’s education. You will have regular professional development and training, working alongside a friendly team of staff who will share in your journey.

The successful candidate will be someone with proven success of working in Early Years as a Learning Support Assistant; they will have strong knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and ethos; they will be energetic and nurturing; will learn to know and care for our children, while ensuring they thrive in this happy and exciting environment. They will also appreciate our pupils as unique individuals and ensure they are taught by professionals who revel in coming to work each day.
