We want Team Managers with an extensive knowledge and skill in the profession of child and family social work who can confidently and creatively supervise and manage a varied and complex range of cases. You must be driven and ambitious, both for yourself, the staff you manage and most importantly for children and families. A confident leader you must be able to drive best practice in a supportive and reflective way to champion children and families whilst ensuring that the safety of children remains your highest priority. You will practice at the highest of standards and motivate others to do the same.
