The City Library has become the first Community and Information Hub in the city and you can now access Customer Services here. The Customer Service Centre at the Civic Centre is now permanently closed.

This will be the first of a number of Community and Information Hubs we hope to set up across the city and  provides local people with easy access to the services they need in one convenient location.

Our plan is to set up these hubs in the east, west and outer west of the city to provide local people with easy access to services in one convenient location. These locations are currently shared by a customer service centre and a library, but it is hoped other services will move in.
