Let's Talk about Parkway Medical Centre

Parkway Medical Centre recognises that patients and carers are integral partners to the surgery achieving its ambitions.

The surgery wants to, and is committed to, work with patients to improve health outcomes and services and ensure communication is two way.

To do this they want to understand the patient perspective so they can develop and deliver the best care they can.

To start this process patients, past patients, parents and carers are asked to express their views and experiences, good and bad, and let the surgery know what the priority areas for action are.

All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence, anonymised and not viewed directly by surgery staff.
