On Thursdays between 10.00am and 12.30pm, West Fenham residents can ring 0191 2772633 and ask to speak to a Welfare Rights Officer. Please introduce yourself as a West Fenham resident wishing to access the Ward Funded advice session. If the Welfare Rights Officer is busy you may be asked to leave a message

In addition to this service any Newcastle resident can ring the Welfare Rights Service Public Advice Line 0191 2772627 Monday to Friday 9:30am to 12:00 noon ( this line can be busy but keep trying and you will get through).
