Net Zero: How you can help

We invite you (our residents, young people and businesses) to support the city as we transition to Net Zero by pledging to take three simple and ‘no cost’ actions. In fact, you will most likely save money!

Whilst these actions might seem inconsequential, if we all do them, they will make an enormous impact on our citywide emission levels.

If every individual and business in the city implemented these three simple actions, we would rapidly see a drop in our city-wide emissions of approximately 475,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide per year - almost one third of our emissions.
