Ways to pay your Commercial Property or Ground Rent bill

Information for Newcastle City Council tenants, traders and occupiers on your rent account.

You can pay your bill by a number of methods:

Ground Rents online payment

Standing Order     

 You can set up a standing order with your bank using this form. 

 You will need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to be able to read this form - it is available free from the Adobe website.

Cheque(s) should be made payable to "City of Newcastle upon Tyne" and crossed. Please write your account number and the "Account for" address on the back of your cheque(s). No receipts will be issued unless the request is accompanied by the whole account and a self addressed envelope. Please do not send cash through the post.
