We are recruiting Civil Enforcement Officers to work in Parking Services.

The salary range is grade N4 £24,294 to £25,119 per annum for full time hours, plus enhancements related to the working week.

The Job

Civil Enforcement Officers patrol an allocated area of the City enforcing parking regulations and legislation, monitoring the use of parking permits and blue badges by using handheld devices.

The Candidate

You will have experience of working alone or as a member of a team committed to providing excellent customer service. If you have experience of dealing with members of the public and experience of dealing with difficult situations, we want to hear from you.

You will have the physical ability to walk up to 10 miles a day, we provide you with a full uniform including footwear. A clean valid driving licence is required as you may be asked to drive one of our vehicles to patrol the outer areas of our City.

Having good ICT skills and an ability to record accurate information is essential in this job role. You will also have good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills

We offer full training for the job role, with opportunities to develop your skills.
