We are looking for full time staff (37 hours) to work a range of back-end shifts in our contact centre. These shifts include 12noon - 8pm, 1pm - 9pm, 2pm - 10pm etc., Monday to Friday.
The contact centre, based in South Gosforth answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.
