*£22,737 per annum, pro rata (£12,290 actual salary)

*This post attracts the Real Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Real Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £12.00 per hour.

We are committed to providing quality care and achieving positive outcomes for the young people we look after. We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our team to cover a Domestic role within an established 4 bed Childrens Home for children with complex needs. The successful applicant will need to be resourceful, with the ability to establish relationships quickly whilst working as part of a team towards agreed aims and objectives.

You will have good communication skills and recognise the challenges a residential environment can offer. You are able to work as a part of a team and will pass on safeguarding concerns to colleagues and management should they arise. Experience of residential care would be desirable.
