*This post attracts the Real Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Real Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £12.00 per hour.

The post involves providing domestic and cleaning support to the care team and working with some of the most vulnerable people in the city. What about the Team?

Connie Lewcock Resource Centre is a bed-based rehabilitation centre in the west of the city. It provides support for up to 21 people recovering after a hospital admission or community admissions preventing hospital stays. Our staff team work closely with health colleagues and must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting independence, health, wellbeing, and choice to those who use our services. Being part of our domestic team, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness with a flexible approach and have the ability to follow hygiene protocols.

What about the Role?

The post involves providing cleaning support and completing relevant documentation. We have a set standard the building is kept clean and has a homely feel. As a domestic you will be responsible for the soft furnishing and the building has a comfortable feel. You will be part of a team who has to keep detailed of stock records and be responsible to the rotation of this.

To apply for this role, you will need to be confident, customer focussed, able to communicate with a wide and varied audience and have a flexible approach to work, meeting challenging deadlines.
