£23,114 - £23,500 per annum

<em>This position may be eligible for a £1,000 &lsquo;Golden Hello!&rsquo; Eligible applicants will receive a £1,000 bonus (after tax and NI) after working with us for 3 months.

To be eligible, you must be new to early years sector, or returning after a break of at least 6 months. </em>

The Castle Nurseries service consists of five nursery settings across the City of Newcastle.

We are seeking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner, to work 37 hours weekly.

What will I be doing?

As an Early Years practitioner, you will be actively involved in the provision of effective care and education of children 0-5 years within Castle Nurseries, within the contexts of the child&rsquo;s needs, their family and community.

What will I need?

You will need to be motivated and passionate about early years, have some knowledge of child development, with a minimum recognised Level 2 childcare qualification and be willing to work as part of a team.
