£30,296 - £33,024 per annum

The Role: 37 hours per week, fixed term for 6 months to cover maternity leave. 18.5 hours per week, permanent

You will be delivering a customer focussed housing management service which is effective, efficient, highly professional and meets the needs of the customers we serve. Through the implementation of our new service, you will be responsible for managing Newcastle Homes housing register, allocating and letting homes, ensuring customers are supported to enable them to thrive and sustain their tenancy. Working closely with colleagues and partners across the City you will help create neighbourhoods where our customers are proud to call home.

The Person: You will have a real appreciation and understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like, with a passion for supporting customers and improving neighbourhoods.

Although, we would like you to have some knowledge and experience of social housing, what is more important is your drive and enthusiasm to support customers and for working collaboratively with colleagues and partners you will work with across the neighbourhood you manage.
