£30,296 - £33, 024 per annum, pro rata (£24,564 - £26,776 actual salary for 30 hrs)
The Role: To work as part of our Income Collection Team To review and manage accounts relating to current tenant arrears, take the appropriate action to collect rent and arrears including first stages of legal action to work together with our Financial Inclusion, and Support and Progression teams and Housing Services team to sustain tenancies and achieve collection rate targets.
The Person: We are looking for applicants who are passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers, have good negotiation skills and knowledge and experience of working in a debt collection role, preferably in a Housing environment.
We have the following permanent opportunities:
1 x 37 hours per week
1 x 30 hours per week
