Your Role:
Strategic Leadership: Provide technical expertise, manage complex projects, and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality structural solutions
Client Collaboration: Foster a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating engineering requirements and driving project success
Innovation and Sustainability: Champion innovative design approaches and sustainable engineering practices that contribute to Newcastle's long-term resilience
What You will Bring:
Graduate Member of an Engineering Institution and working towards achieving I. Eng or C. Eng, Engineering Council registered Technician Member working towards I. Eng or C.Eng or M. Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Proven Project Management: Track record of successfully delivering complex highways structural engineering projects
Inspiring Leadership: Ability to motivate and develop a team of talented engineers
Commitment to Newcastle's Vision: Passionate about improving lives and shaping a sustainable future for our city
