£24,294 - £25,119 per annum, pro rata

This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs and Libraries within our City Operations, Neighbourhoods and Regulatory Services Directorate.

You will be responsible for providing a frontline service to customers and partners in our libraries across the City.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties include:

<ul>

<li>driving and deliveries,</li>

<li>patrolling and security of buildings,</li>

<li>premises maintenance,</li>

<li>directing and assisting members of the public.</li>

</ul>

You will need a good level of fitness and a clean category B driving licence is essential.

Post is permanent, 7 hours per week and you will be required to work every Saturday which will be paid at an enhanced rate. There will also be an opportunity to work occasional paid overtime.
