5 hours per week (12.25pm - 1.25pm each day), term time only.

Fixed term until 23 July 2021, with the view to become permanent.

The Governors of Gosforth East Middle School are looking for Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to join the friendly team of staff providing support/care to children and young people during the midday break. Gosforth East Middle School is a school for children and young people, aged 9 - 13. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 12.25pm - 1.25pm. Training and support will be provided to the successful applicant. Lunch is provided.

The school is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate from the DBS and a range of other recruitment checks. As this post involves working with children, vulnerable adults or dealing with sensitive information, written references will be taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage; even if you indicate otherwise.
