Marvellous Makers Special Events

We have several exciting events happening at City Library and at your local library over the summer holidays, from author and illustrator visits and design workshops to making music sessions and even a Disney party!

All events are free but places do need to be booked in advance.

Did you know?

We have lots of board games that you can borrow, suitable for all ages. We have a huge collection of Haba games that are fun but also help children develop their numeracy, social and fine motor skills. We have family games and more complex games for older children and adults. We hold regular board games events for families - please keep an eye on our social media for upcoming events.
