Marvellous Makers!

           

This year's Summer Reading Challenge is Marvellous Makers! We'll be firing up our imaginations through all things creative.

To take part in the challenge you need to join your local library, then collect stickers by taking part in creative challenges such as reading, crafting and workshops.  Earn five stickers to get a certificate and seven stickers for a chance to win one of our amazing prizes, which include Lego, art sets and show tickets!

You can join the Summer Reading Challenge at your local library from Saturday 13th July.

We have several exciting events happening at City Library and at your local library over the summer holidays, from author and illustrator visits and design workshops to making music sessions and even a Disney party!

All events are free but some activities do need to be booked in advance.

Drop in Activity Sessions

You can also drop into your nearest library every week for a free activity session. You can earn a sticker towards your Summer Reading Challenge - and don’t forget to borrow your next book whilst you are there!
