The licence and bespoke vehicle markings issued by Newcastle City Council Licensing Authority will always detail your vehicle registration mark.
The Licensing Authority must approve any requested amendment to a licensed vehicle registration number. Upon approval the Authority will amend records and re-issue the licence together with all bespoke vehicle markings.
