View your business rates account online

MyAccount is a brand-new service that can give you access to view your business rates account online. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the secure online system means you can access your business rates account information any time, any place.

Once registered you will be able to:

• Check your balance
• See what payments have been made
• Check your instalments
• View your account information including your rateable value, what your next payment is, what discounts or exemptions have been applied
• Receive automatic notifications when there has been a change to your account
• Link your account to other council tax, business rates or benefit accounts you have with Newcastle City Council
• The ability to choose to receive your bill online (e-billing)

FAQs

I was registered with the old service, do I need to re-register?

This is a brand-new service so you will need to re-register

Can I view a copy of my bill?

E-billing will be part of this service but won’t be available until later this year. You will still be able to see what your charge is and what payments you have made.
