MyAccount is a service that can give you access to view your Council Tax account online.

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the secure online system means you can access your Council Tax account information any time, any place.

Once registered you will be able to:

• Check your balance
• See what payments have been made
• Check your instalments
• View your account information including your band, what your next payment is, what discounts or exemptions have been applied
• Receive automatic notifications when there has been a change to your account
• Link your account to other council tax, business rates or benefit accounts you have with Newcastle City Council
• The ability to choose to receive your bill online (e-billing)
