Early applications

Applications can be processed before the resident moves into the property if the applicant has the necessary proof of residency document, such as a tenancy agreement.  The permit will only be posted out a couple of days before the start date of the permit to the address the permit relates to.

A new system of permits is being introduced, so long-term applications for tenancies starting after 01 April 2023 are not currently being processed.  Please re-visit this page on 01 April 2023 for further information about advance applications.
