View your Housing Benefit account online

MyAccount is a brand-new service that can give you access to view your Housing Benefit account online. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the secure online system means you can access your business rates account information any time, any place.

Once registered you will be able to:

• Check your award
• See what payments you received
• View your account information including how your claim has been calculated and what your next payment date is
• Receive automatic notifications when there has been a change to your account
• Link your account to other council tax, business rates or benefit accounts you have with Newcastle City Council

Later this year you will have the ability to choose to receive your Housing Benefit notifications online (e-billing)

This is a brand-new service so you will need to re-register

Can I view a copy of my Housing Benefit notification?

This will be part of this service but won’t be available until later this year. You will still be able to see what your award is and what payments you have received.
