Contractual Arrangements £5,000 - £25,000

Payment Transactions

Newcastle City Council believe it is important to be open about how we spend money. Each quarter we will publish a list of all transactions we make relating to our contractual arrangements between £5,000 and £25,000. The transactions show who we paid, how much we paid, and what this was for. The reports are prepared and published 30 days after the end of each quarter.

This will Include:

● All contractual arrangements between £5,000 - £25,000 that we have entered with third party providers.

Contractual arrangements above £25,000:

● All contracts above the £25,000 threshold, can be viewed on our public facing contracts register held on the North East Procurement Organisations (NEPO) electronic tendering portal. A link to the NEPO portal can be seen below. To access the register, from the NEPO home page, click on NEPO PORTAL LOGIN at the top righthand corner of the screen and click on CONTRACTS REGISTER. It will take you through to another page where you will be able to search for our contracts. Under Organisations, please click NEWCASTLE CITY COUNCIL from the dropdown box and all contracts will appear. You can export to excel by clicking on the EXPORT button at the bottom of the screen.

Quarterly Reports

The Reports are available in portable document format (PDF) and are listed by month below. There may be several supplier names within the attached documents where the name has been replaced by the following text, ‘Redacted Personal Data’. This follows government guidelines where a payment has been made to an individual, but the publication of the individuals name may contravene the data protection act. Examples of these types of payments include (but are not limited to) adult social care payments and payments to foster carers.
