Remote Booking System for Funeral Directors

The remote booking system is available for funeral directors to use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for cremation bookings only. Please note that once a booking has been made you will need to contact the office to make any changes or to cancel the booking.

The Bereavement Services staff will check for new bookings periodically and a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered company email to acknowledge the booking. Please make a note of the booking reference that is generated when you make your booking remotely as this is used to track the chapel booking.

If you are a new funeral director or you have never used the services at the West Road Crematorium, please call the Bereavement Services office on 0191 211 6941, between 9am and 3pm, to request access, or email bereavementservices@newcastle.gov.uk.
