Safety Posters
Safety Posters
The Trading Standards service has developed a series of safety posters to highlight the risks of serious injury to children presented by ordinary consumer products. A national campaign saw these posters distributed to authorities across the UK to help inform and educate those responsible for the safety of the most vulnerable members of society. This campaign was supported by organisations like ROSPA and the Child Accident Prevention Trust. Other safety posters have been supported the work of the National Fire Chiefs Council and the British Toy and Hobby Association.
We have posters to raise awareness in respect of;
- Button cell batteries (pdf 126 kb)
- Detergent capsules/Liquitabs
- Nappy Sacks (pdf 953 kb)
- Nicotine products (254 kb)
- Halloween (pdf 124 kb)
- Corrosive substances (pdf 676 kb)
- Window blinds
Please contact us for copies of these, or for more information about our safety poster campaigns.
