Missed bin collections

You can use these forms to check if there have been any reported collection problems on your street.

You can use this form for household blue, green or brown bin collections and for reporting a missed assisted lift. If you need to report a shared bin in a back lane or block of flats please use the shared bin form.

Bin crews work from 6.30am up to 4.30pm, and the system updates the collection information overnight.

So please remember to check the online forms the day after your collection was due.

Crews will not return if the bin was not out or put out late. They will also not return for contaminated bins or bins where the waste has not all fallen out.
