Brownfield Land Register

The Brownfield Land Register is a register of brownfield land which is suitable, available and achievable for housing development. The register has been introduced to help ensure that 90% of suitable brownfield sites have planning permission for housing by 2023.

The list of sites included in the register was last updated on 22 December 2023.
